Food brings people together, it anchors you in the present moment. Thats why years after trip you can still remember tastes of local cuisines.

We are offering to taste local arctic plate, full of special ingredients such as Reindeer cured meat, king crab, hvale, pepper salmon, lømper and local cloudberries paired with local drinks.

If there is will to have full dinner, we have created special 3 course menus, where we offering to taste reindeer tataki, or fresh Local fish, or full portion of King crab.You can book dinner from 10 up to 80 guests!
